December 20, 2023 | Isinagawa ang ika-limang pagpupulong at pag-uulat ng MDC at pag-uulat ng MDRRMC para sa taong kasalukuyan. Ang mga sumusunod na agenda ang napag-usapan at naipresenta sa pagpupulong ng Lokal na Konseho:

- MDRRM Council Report and distribution of IEC Materials
- Passing of Resolution adding DOST-PAGASA Mulanay Synoptic Station Head as MDRRMC Member
- Presentation of the 2023 CMCI Results and Creation of the Municipal Competitiveness Committee (MCC)
- Presentation of the Draft I-WASH Plan and Creation of Municipal Integrated Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (I-WASH) Council and I-WASH Team
- 2024 CBMS synchronous Implementation and Creation of CBMS Council
- Report on the status of One Million One Barangay Project
