Landslide Victory for STAN Q Slate in Mulanay, Quezon | Halalan 2025 Results

Mulanay, Quezon – May 15, 2025
With 100% of election returns accounted for, the Municipality of Mulanay marked a historic landslide win for the STAN Q party slate, led by re-elected Mayor Aristotle “Aris” L. Aguirre. This overwhelming victory reflects a solid trust and renewed mandate from the people of Mulanay.

Mayor and Vice Mayor Race: Massive Mandate

Mayor Aris Aguirre (STAN Q) decisively retained his post with 18,496 votes, defeating Tito Ojeda (LAKAS) who garnered 10,194 votes, and independent Tito Olveda with 264 votes.

Vice Mayor-elect Jay Castilleja (STAN Q) followed suit with 17,033 votes, surpassing Elizabeth Acar (LAKAS) with 10,441 votes.

The wide margin of victory reflects the community’s continued support for the Aguirre-led leadership and the progress made under the STAN Q administration.

Sangguniang Bayan: STAN Q Sweeps Council Seats

In the council race, 7 out of 8 seats were secured by STAN Q candidates, with Tinan Aguirre-Adao leading the polls. The only non-STAN Q candidate to enter the winning circle was Grace Buela (PDPLBN).

Provincial Race: From Governor to Board Members, STAN Q Dominates

The STAN Q provincial team also swept Mulanay’s votes:

• Governor: Dra. Helen Tan – 24,582 votes
• Vice Governor: Third Alcala – 20,886 votes
• Board Members:
  • Meg Esguerra – 16,173
  • Nars JJ Aquivido – 15,320

Congressional Race: NPC’s Arrogancia Leads

Although not under STAN Q, Reynante Arrogancia of NPC claimed a commanding victory in Mulanay with 19,399 votes, defeating Matt Florido (IND) with 9,065 votes.
