You are hereby directed to submit the following documents to the Office of the Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator (MPDC) / Head, MDC Secretariat not later than June 7, 2023; 5:00 in the afternoon:
- Accomplishment Report for July to December 2022;
- Accomplishment Report for January to May 2023; and
- Annual Investment Program (AIP) for CY 2024 of your respective office
Further, ensure that your plans and targets have undergone the required process and consultation of your concerned sectors.
